Simon Bolivar is famous for conquering most of South America, and some of what is now Centeral America. There is a country named after him because he helped them defeat the Spainsh. He wanted to revolt because they tried to conquer his country.

The Enlightenment
The rights that he is talking about is the right to live and own land. The government comes from people like us. This is because we vote for persident, and senate. We also have the right to impeach the persident if he abuses his power.
